Who we are
Locally owned, and deliberately built as two divisions
Lake Acer Roofing & Restoration LLC is a locally owned contractor based in Warsaw, IN, working across the Michiana region of Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. The name is literal: Acer is the maple genus, and the waves under the tree in our logo are the lake country we serve.
We run two divisions on purpose. The roofing division handles shingle and metal roofing, repairs, siding and seamless gutters. The restoration division handles what happens when the weather has already got inside — storm claims, water and fire damage, and the interior rebuild that follows.
Most contractors do one or the other, which is how a homeowner ends up coordinating two companies during the worst week of their year. Here, the roof that leaked and the ceiling it ruined are a single job with a single point of contact.
The company itself is young. The trade experience behind it is not — Lake Acer is backed by 15+ years of roofing experience, and that is the standard the crews work to.
If you have seen this truck around Michiana, that is us. Free estimates are not a promotion — they are how every job starts.
What we stand on
Four things we will not trade away
Local & Trusted
Proudly serving the Michiana community — we live and work where you do. There is a truck and a phone number here after the job is finished.
Quality Workmanship
Built to protect. Built to last. GAF-certified installation, premium materials, and a 5-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer coverage.
Honest & Reliable
Straight answers, fair prices, real schedules. If a repair will do, we say so. If the claim isn't a claim, we say that too.
Insurance Made Easy
We document the damage, file the claim, and lay out every option — no matter what your coverage turns out to be.

These are the credentials we can point at. We do not claim any we cannot.
