Most people meet their insurance policy for the first time on the worst day they have had in years. The damage is obvious, the process is not, and the gap between what you are owed and what you end up with usually comes down to how well the loss was documented in the first week.
Lake Acer’s restoration division exists to close that gap. We work directly with your insurance company and handle all the paperwork for you — documentation, filing, the adjuster meeting, the supplements, and the rebuild itself. Because we also run the roofing division, there is no handoff between the company that fixed the cause and the company that repairs the damage.
And the part we will not move on: you get every option laid out, no matter what your coverage says. Approved, partially approved or denied, you leave the conversation knowing exactly what the work costs and what your choices are.
We document the damage, file the claim, and lay out every option — no matter what your coverage.
How a claim runs
We document the damage properly — drone imagery, on-roof photographs, moisture findings and a written summary, dated and assembled the way a carrier expects to receive it.
We submit the claim, handle the correspondence, and stand on the roof with the adjuster when they come out. You are not translating roofing terms into a phone script alone.
When the carrier responds we walk the scope through line by line: what's covered, what isn't, and what each path costs. You always get options, no matter what your coverage turns out to be.
Our own crews complete the work — roof, exterior, and the interior finishes underneath it — and we close the claim out with the documentation your carrier needs.

Explore PaintingNo. Choosing who repairs your property is your decision, not the carrier's. A preferred-vendor list is a convenience the insurer offers, not a requirement you have to accept.
It means that whatever the carrier decides — approved, partially approved or denied — we sit down with you, explain where their assessment differs from what we documented, and quote the work directly so you can make a decision with full information rather than a shrug.
Yes, and that is the main reason this division exists. The roof that leaked and the ceiling it ruined are one job here — one scope, one point of contact, and nobody for the two trades to blame.
We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency tarping and board-up are the first priority, because stopping the water or securing the opening limits what the rest of the claim has to cover.

Replacement, metal, repairs, emergencies, inspections, siding, gutters and commercial work.
