Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing and pipe boots — diagnosed properly, then repaired.

A roof emergency does not keep business hours. Wind takes shingles off at two in the morning, a limb comes through the decking during a summer cell, an ice dam backs water into a bedroom in January. What matters in the first hours is stopping water from getting further into the house — the roof repair itself can be planned properly once the building is dry.
Lake Acer is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We get the roof covered, document the damage while it is fresh for your insurance claim, and then come back and do the permanent repair right.
Our process
Phone and text are answered around the clock. Describe what you are seeing and we will tell you what to do in the meantime.
The priority is getting the opening covered and the water path broken before more of the structure, insulation and drywall gets wet.
We photograph the damage as found — which is the version an insurance adjuster most wants to see — before anything is altered.
Once the house is secure we quote and schedule the real repair, and if there is a claim, we file and manage it.
Water that got inside is our restoration division's work — drywall, insulation, flooring and paint — so one contractor closes out the whole event.
Why Lake Acer
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Storm damage at midnight gets a human on the phone.
An emergency cover is only useful if it survives the next band of weather. Ours are fastened to hold, not weighted down.
Because we run a restoration division as well, the ceiling and the insulation are handled by the same company that fixed the roof.
The photos taken before the tarp goes on are often the most valuable evidence in the whole claim.

Where we offer it
Pick your city for local storm context, the housing stock we most often work on there, and a free inspection booked from that page.
Move what you can out from under the leak, put a container under active drips, and if water is near light fixtures or outlets, shut that circuit off at the panel. Do not get on the roof. Photograph what you can see safely from inside.
Yes, weather and safety permitting. There are conditions — active lightning, high wind, sheet ice — where putting a crew on a roof is not defensible, and in those cases we work the interior side first and cover the roof as soon as it is safe.
The inspection and the estimate are free. Emergency tarping is a priced service and we will tell you the cost before we do it — and if the event is an insurance claim, it is normally part of the claim.
