The descriptions of services, processes, materials and timelines on this site are general information about how we work. They are not a quote, a contract, a warranty, or professional advice about your specific property. Every roof is different, and what applies to yours is established by an inspection — not by a web page.

Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or a fixed price. Pricing and scope are set out in a written estimate issued after an inspection, and only that document — once signed — forms an agreement between us.

Warranty statements

References to a 5-year workmanship warranty and to manufacturer warranties describe coverage that is set out in full in the warranty documents issued with a completed job. Those documents, and their terms and exclusions, govern. A summary on a web page does not.

Insurance claims

We assist with documenting and filing storm damage insurance claims. We are not an insurance company, an adjuster or a public adjuster, and we do not decide claims. Coverage is determined by your policy and your carrier, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular claim outcome.

Photography

The photographs on this site are of real Lake Acer projects. They show work we have completed and are published to illustrate the kind of work we do. They are not a representation that your project will be identical in scope, materials, appearance or cost.

Intellectual property

The content, photography, logo and design of this site belong to Lake Acer Roofing & Restoration LLC or are used with permission, except for third-party marks such as the GAF, Owens Corning and James Hardie names and logos, which remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify the manufacturers whose products we are certified to install.

We link to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Google. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for anything you do on them.

Availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. If something here looks wrong, please tell us.
